2. A Director resigns AND this is the 3rd resignation in 12 months
3. 2 Directors have resigned in 12 months AND there's been a new CCJ

All events will be returned within the conditions of your API call - however which events you're interested in and the parameters of these are fully customisable to you as a customer. Please discuss these with your ERM.

Notes:

• Use the crns array to query specific companies by registration number
• Omit the crns field to retrieve events for all companies
• EventEvidenceRows structure is dynamic and varies by event type
• Empty Events array indicates no matches (not an error)
• Use GetEventCategories to discover available filters
• Track processed event Id values to avoid duplicate handling
